Beta software
The Services are currently offered as a private beta and are provided “as is.” Features may change, and occasional interruptions may occur while we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Services.
- Don't reverse engineer or resell the Services without permission.
- Respect other users in shared drafts and community spaces.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, where offered, are billed per season as described on our pricing page. Beta pricing is subject to change before public launch.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and branding, are owned by DraftDay HQ and protected by applicable laws. Your draft content remains yours.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
